The BioFob™ Security Device is the first handheld, wireless, biometric fob providing both physical and logical access. This self-contained unit captures, processes, stores, and verifies the authorized user's fingerprint to activate RFID and Bluetooth signals. These signals unlock SARGENT's Profile Series Locks, existing HID or Indala readers and encrypted computer systems. BioFob is the perfect biometric solution for your existing security system.

The BioFob™ revolutionizes existing contactless physical and Information Technology security systems, integrates with advanced RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) and Bluetooth™ technology and provides on-device enrollment, credential storage, fingerprint storage and verification. The BioFob™ can be ordered pre-programmed with facility and ID codes. With the Enrollment Software you can program each device individually for physical access using the Device Configuration Module (USB Dongle).

Security

Activity Mode: Upon successful verification, credentials are transmitted for a preset time period or continuously until the verified finger is removed from the device. In the powered off state, no credentials can be transmitted or sensed.

Use Profile: Configured for a one-time enrollment or re-usable strategy using the Enrollment Station.

Physical: The device is packaged in a weather resistant and ultrasonically welded enclosure.
